How we transformed the online content and tone of voice for Cuba’s leading inbound travel specialist in just eight weeks.
Cuba Travel Network (CTN) is the leading website for booking flights, tours and accommodation in Cuba. Founded by Dutchman Eddie Lubbers, the inbound travel agency’s multilingual team of travel specialists are experts in compiling individual trips to the Caribbean island.
As part of a wider rebranding project, EdenFrost was challenged to overhaul their content by creating new titles, meta descriptions, intros and articles to inspire and guide customers. As well as selling CTN’s bespoke services, the content needed to position them as a trusted inbound travel specialist. CTN asked us to carry out research to ensure the text captured the country’s unique culture, history and character, as well as create extensive hotel listings through their content management system. As a leading content marketing and communication agency with experience working with numerous travel and tourism organisations, CTN knew they could rely on us.
Working closely with the client, we devised a strategy around the proposed content. As well as focusing on the company’s unique selling points, our content plan focused on SEO rich, concise copywriting to appeal to cultural travellers through descriptive and informative copy. Just eight weeks after our first meeting we delivered more than 5,000 words for seven long-form articles and more than a dozen list and introduction pages.
